Here’s a list of the read-alouds I’ve been sharing with my kids in 2018.  (Note: because we read so many picture books, I’m only sharing the chapter books.)  I may also eventually make a list of the audiobooks we’ve listened to together this year, but we’ll see how that goes.

A note of explanation: This year is a little different than usual, because The Bonnie Prince (below) has been listening to his older’ brother’s school for three years, and he’s already listened to what I would usually peg as”kindergarten” books twice through.  We’re finishing up the second round of a few books, and then his “kindergarten” year will be mostly a lot of fun read-alouds that I haven’t had time for previously.  Therefore, this list may sway towards the younger end of the spectrum.  I have two that will be entering kindergarten in a couple years, and I want to save some of my favorites for them then.  (Winnie-The-Pooh, Betsy-Tacy, Milly-Molly-Mandy, etc.)
